To be sold by auction, by Messrs Issacson at the Swan Reach, Cambridgeshire on Thursday August 6 1818, precisely at seven in the evening.

All that comfortable cottage, with a barn, yard, and oppurtenances there to belonging, situate in Reach aforesaid, at a place called Delve's End.

The above is freehold and the cottage is divided into three tenements in the several occupations of the parish officers Joseph Mann sen. and James Miller.
