Issues are published bimonthly with cover dates of Dec/Jan, Feb/Mar, Apr/May, Jun/Jul, Aug/Sep and Oct/Nov. Items for inclusion should reach the editor two weeks before the 1st day of the first month on the cover. Inclusion date for June/July is 15th May.
