Diamond Jubilee Party

Monday 4th June 2012 - 2.00pm to 7.00pm on the Fair Green

Plans are going well - and it looks like the weather is going to be kind (thanks for having a word Eleanor).

The following is an approximate timetable - and if you want to know more about our entertainers please click on their pictures.

And throughout the afternoon Reach Tea Towels will be available for sale from the main tables near the swings.

Midday	The Dyke's End will be open - and offering a superb Jubilee Ale - so please do try it - George Gibson is donating 50p for each pint of Jubilee Ale sold to the Garden Party
2.00pm	Start
	If you are a Reach villager without guests simply choose somewhere to sit and enjoy the event. The tea tent will be available from the start until 5.00pm.
	If you have any guests then please go along to the main tables near the swings on the Green and make your donation of £5 per guest - many thanks.
2.00pm to 5pm	Lizzy B - our Face Painter will be making villagers look beautiful!
2.00pm to 3.30pm	Kate Garner will be singing to us all
3.00pm	Food will be served (Hurrells burgers, expertly cooked and Lanes best sandwiches and cakes) - until it has all gone
3.45pm	George Gibson, the new owner of the Dyke's End has come up with a lovely gift for Reach's youngsters (16 and under) and our seniors (80 and over) - and he'll be handing those over in the pub garden. He's also funded the gifts - so our grateful thanks go to him. We will also be selling these to those who don't qualify to receive one for free.
4.00pm to 7.00pm	Our Ceilidh Band will be entertaining us - and we will be entertaining each other with suitably flamboyant dancing!
5.30pm	The Raffle will be drawn
7.00pm	Finish
8.00pm	TimeOut (Glenn Newman and friends) will be entertaining us in the Dyke's End
