Afternoon BBQ on the Green 2026

This will take place on Saturday the 5th of September from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

As well as food (we are catering for dairy free, gluten free and vegetarians /vegans) and drink, there will be a Plant Stall  (with plants very kindly donated to us again by John Reed) and a Raffle, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.  This will be instead of our coffee morning - so do bring along some cash to buy tickets, alternatively the QR code can be used on the day to pay by mobile phone.

There are a variety of outstanding Raffle Prizes from local businesses and individuals, including Manchetts, the Prospects Trust at Snakehall Farm, Raspberry Pi, the Sewing Club, Andrew and Helen Towers and Xtreme360 Padel.     

And if anyone would like to bake a cake for the event, please bring it along to the Village Hall before midday on the Saturday.
