To be sold by private contract a very good house at Reach, in the county of Cambridge, within 4 miles of  Newmarket, with a brewhouse, diary, and all other necessary and convenient outbuildings, a garden well planted with wall and other fruit trees, a very good stable for 20 horses, and a granary over the same, three barns, and a lime kiln.

Also a cottage or tenement in Reach aforesaid in tenure of Mary Steel

And also 3A of pasture land, with a dove-house thereon, lying near the house.

The premises may be viewed by applying to Mary Steel at Reach aforesaid; and further particulars had by applying to Mr. Samuel Cuttriss at Cambridge; or Mr. Boyce, attorney at law, Ely.
