Sale by Auction, taken from the Cambridge Chronicle, 3rd November 1804 pg 2

To be sold by auction, by Robert Issacson, on Wednesday, the 7th november, 1804 upon the premises.

The valuable farming live and dead stock, implements in husbandry, dairy and brewing utensils, part of the household furniture etc of Mr. Henry Manchem, merchant of Reach, near Newmarket, Cambridgeshire. the stock comprises 4 very excellent milk cows, 4 handsome 2 year old heifers, a handsome 2 year old bull, 2 capitol bulls buds; very excellent road wagon, 2 clunch carts, a neat taxed cart and harness, fen and field ploughs, harrows, rolls, cart and plough harness, swathe rakes, shack forks etc etc; 4 useful cart mares and geldings, 19 good crones, 2 rams an in pig sow, and a quantity of manure.

The furniture and brewing utensils are tables, chairs, drawers, milk kettles, barrel churn, keelers, coppers, saucepans, beer casks etc etc as will appear in catalogues to be had at the public houses in the neighbourhood, place of sale; and of Mr. R. Issacson, auctioneer, Oak's Farm Cowlinge, near Newmarket.
