To be sold by auction, at the Black swan in Reach in the county of Cambridge, on Wednesday the 17th day of July 1805, between the hours of four and six in the afternoon.
A freehold messuage or tenement in Reach aforesaid, with yards, garden, stable, outhouses and appturtenances belonging; and thirty six acres and two roods, more or less, of fen ground, allotted on the division of the fens in the township of Swaffham Prior, to Wm Manning; the same being now in the tenure or occupation of Anthony Peele,
