Freehold and tithe free estate, at Reach in Swaffham Prior. To be sold by auction early in the month of February next, unless sooner disposed of by private contract, of which notice will be given in this paper, A messuage or tnement, situate at Reach, in Swaffham prior, in the county of Cambridge, with the outbuildings, yard, and garden adjoining, containing three roods and twenty eight perches, in the occupation of Anthony Peele. An allotment containing one perch near the Church pits, Also thirty acres three roods and fourteen perches by a measurement of fen land in four pieces, lying in Huggin's Fen Swaffham prior aforesaid, now occupied by Michael Mason.
