Indenture Hearing, taken from the Cambridge Chronicle, 26th January 1816 pg 3

Whereas Joseph Mann the younger of Reach, in the county of Cambridge, waterman hath by indenture hearing date the 20th day of January instant assigned all his personal estate and effects to Mr. William Nunn, of the town of Cambridge, victualler in trust, for the benefit of himself, and such other of the creditors of the said Joseph Mann, as shall within one month from the date thereof, execute the same, and agree to take the dividend arising from the sale of his effects. Notice is therefore hereby given that the said deed is lodged at the office of Mr. fetch, in Magdalen street Cambridge for the inspection and signature of the creditors of the said Joseph Mann; and all such as refuse to execute within the time above limited, will be excluded the benefit of the said dividend.
