Live and dead farming stock, Reach Bank, midway between Reach and Upware.

To be sold by auction, by Messrs Issacson (unless sooner disposed of by private contract) at the White Hart Inn Newmarket, on Tuesday the 8th day of June 1819 at five 0'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions of sale as will be then and there produced.

All that exceeding rich piece of pasture land, situate near the back side in the hamlet of reach, and parish of Swaffham; containing by estimation three acres (be the same or less) upon which is a substantial house boarded and thatched, with rack and manager, enclosed in part by a strong thriving quick, and on the remainder by a ten feet pale and batten fence; copyhold of the manor of Swaffham prior, and pays an annual quit rent of 4s 4d; now in the occupation of the widow Boutle, who has notice to quit at Michaelmas next.
