To be sold at the Black Swan, Reach on 13 April 1854 by direction of the Mortgagee under a power of sale. One Lot.
All those two Freehold tenements with the Barns, Stables and Garden Ground now or late in the several occupation of George Middleditch, Thomas Ripley, the Widow Durrant and Joseph Mann at the rents amounting to £8.17s.8d. There is a private road to the width of 8 ft belonging to the property leading into Great Lane in reach and there is a wall of excellent water. The buildings are substantially built with bricks and covered with tiles except a small portion of one tenement which is covered with thatch.
