Reach Fair.

The following members went to reach in order to proclaim the fair on Monday morning:- The Mayor (Mr. E. H. Parker), Alderman Cockerell, Deck and Porter; Councillors  Banham, W. Bell, Coulson, Greenwood, H. T. Hall, F. Morley, Nichols, Pollock, Stace, H. M. Taylor, Vinter and S. L. Young; the Town Clerk (Mr. J. E. L. Whitehead) and the Borough Treasurer (Mr. H.J. Whitehead), The fair is held under Charter granted by King John and had always taken place on Rogation Monday.
