Neighbourhood Watch

Below is a sample copy of a Pedlar's Certificate as issued by the Cambridgeshire Constabulary. It is important to be sure what is and what isn't proper identification. Anyone buying or selling at your door must in law have a Pedlar's Certificate. A small card with a photograph on it is NOT a Pedlar's Certificate. Only a rogue will be unhelpful if challenged.
