Ponds are an interesting part of the landscape but have disappeared at an alarming rate over the last century. This New Pond booklet celebrates a wealth of local history and wildlife associated with ponds around Cambridge and suggests a few of the best to visit. There is a chapter with information on pond management and advice. Written by The Cambridge Green Belt Project it costs £1.50 including post and packing. Cheques should be made payable to the "Wildlife Trust"
