People often express a willingness to help at the Fair and we are not always efficient at finding them jobs immediately and then they get "lost" on the way. So this year the Committee invites all volunteering help to attend the meeting on Wednesday April 10th at 8 pm in the Village Centre where all queries can be answered over suitable refreshments and help givers allocated to appropriate tasks.

The success of the Fair depends on the good will and hard work of all involved and the wider that burden is spread the more of us will enjoy the day. If a good number are prepared to help then the time of commitment for each can be just one or two hours. Your support and time makes a big difference to others. Below is a list of areas where help is required so if you are unable to get to the meeting on April 10th please get in touch with the contact person.
