Reach Fair 1999

to everyone who helped in many different ways at this years Reach fair too many to name individually but whose help is much appreciated. Each year it seems impossible that more people attend the fair, yet once again this year seemed to be busier then ever. We were blessed with glorious weather and parking ran smoothly. Many thanks to Gareth and John for the loan of the fields and the parking stewards for doing such a tremendous job.

The village hall committee would like to thank everyone who ran an attraction or shared the load. Thanks to all who supported the Bottle stall, Cake stall and Salad Bar and Tea tent, the queue for the food seemed never ending. Once again the publicity for the fair covered many miles and involved a lot of work, thank you to the publicity team. By the end of the day the green had been cleared, with only the beer tent left and a few fairground attractions a hugely successful Reach Fair had passed. Soon it will be time to start preparing for the Reach Fair 2000.

Lastly thanks to the Fair sub-committee who started planning the fair many months beforehand.
