DOGS - DON'T JUST COMPLAIN TO EACH OTHER ABOUT THEM Once again there seem to be complaints about unaccompanied dogs being allowed to wander the village. This is actually illegal within the boundaries of a 30 mph speed limit, but it is also undesirable if the dog fouls grass, footpaths etc. or frightens people. The dog warden, Veronica Avory, at East Cambridgeshire District Council is there to help you. She can be contacted at any time by calling 01353 665555 and asking for the dog warden. One particular dog (a spotted Great Dane called Madison) has come in for criticism. Its owner is adamant that the dog no longer escapes and has requested that if anyone has a complaint about the dog they contact her directly on 0780-3014565. |
