The Ghost of The Dyke’s End

The other Sunday, whilst frequenting our local watering house (The Dyke’s End), late in the evening, footsteps were heard in the flat above, David Lucas and myself both ran upstairs to check on who had broken in, to our amazement there was nobody at all upstairs, just a cold feeling.

We asked a few other people and they had also heard the footsteps.

Further investigation was required so we asked some of the staff what they knew and to our surprise staff have seen lights dimming themselves, heard chairs being moved and glasses jumping off shelves, and in a few cases a lady has been seen about the property.

I am very sceptical but if anyone can shed any light on this at all please let me know, I can see the ghost of The Dyke’s End being a regular feature in the Out of Reach. So come on all please let me know of your dealings with the ghost of The Dyke’s End and I can add your article next issue.
