MAGAZINE

The village magazine was originally known as "Out of Reach" and the first issue was in September 1976. Scanned versions are gradually being added to this website and can be viewed by clicking on the relevant months at the bottom of this page.

In 2010 when the editorship of the magazine changed, the magazine was revamped with an A4 format and colour cover. The name was then changed to the more positive "Within Reach".

The purpose of the magazine is to serve the village by circulating information and interesting articles free to every household. Issues are published bi-monthly with cover dates of Dec/Jan, Feb/Mar, Apr/May, Jun/Jul, Aug/Sep and Oct/Nov.

The editor is Claire Halpin who took over from the June/July 2010 issue of the magazine.

Items for inclusion should reach the editor two weeks before the first day of the first month on the cover.
